How quickly will you reply?
We aim to respond to every enquiry within 24 hours, although it's often much sooner. If we're filming a wedding, we'll always get back to you as soon as we're available.
Can we arrange a video call before booking?
Absolutely. We'd love to hear about your wedding plans and answer any questions you may have. We can arrange a relaxed video call or phone call at a time that suits you.
Do you travel for weddings?
Yes! We're based in Manchester and regularly film weddings across Cheshire, Lancashire, Yorkshire and throughout the North West. We're also happy to travel further afield—just ask.
Can we customise one of your collections?
Of course. Every wedding is unique, so if there's something specific you're looking for, we're always happy to tailor one of our collections to create a package that's perfect for your day.
How do we secure our wedding date?
Once you've chosen your collection, we'll send you a booking agreement and booking fee invoice. As soon as these are completed, your wedding date is officially reserved in our diary.

We've never been filmed before. Will you tell us what to do?
Definitely. Most of our couples tell us they aren't used to being in front of a camera. Our relaxed documentary approach means we'll gently guide you when needed, but for most of the day we'll quietly capture genuine moments as they naturally happen.
